What criteria do you use when purchasing detergents? Perhaps it is interesting, which detergent is preferred by housewives by what criteria? In connection with this, Mycleaner.ge conducted a small survey and it was found that the majority of housewives use detergents based on advertising, price and advice from close acquaintances. This, surprisingly, is a mistake.
According to specialists, detergents, including those used in household use, belong to the most dangerous chemical substances for human health and the environment. why The fact is that washing powders contain a large amount of phosphates and anionic, surface-active substances, which, if they are more than 5% in the composition of the product, may cause allergies, decrease immunity, damage skin cells, and moreover, if these substances are in large quantities in the product, they may damage the liver, kidneys, lungs, and even the nervous system.
You probably understand how much attention is needed to choose detergents, especially if we wash things of small children with this or that product. There have often been cases, and you may have experienced them in practice, when a child has been diagnosed with skin problems, allergies, rashes or decreased immunity. Perhaps, you have never thought of detergent as the cause of all this, but it is precisely the things washed in poorly selected detergents that have caused the above.
As we have already mentioned, the majority of detergents contain a large amount of chemical substances, they mostly remain on the surface of the washed items, then get into the child's body and cause all the things that we have listed above.
So, Mycleaner.ge recommends:
1) Do not buy detergents that contain chlorine, phosphate and other chemicals - read the ingredients carefully and then buy the detergent.
2) Avoid harsh conditioners.
3) Choose baby detergents with special care - newborn washing must be washed with special, children's detergents, which are made only with biological substances.
4) It is no less problematic and noteworthy to wash children's toys, which the child often puts in his mouth. Especially, if these toys are made of soft fabrics and fur, they become the domain of bacteria and we need a lot of attention to take care of them. Try to wash toys, both fur and rubber, with soapy-soda water once every 7-10 days (1 teaspoon of liquid soap and 1 tablespoon of soda per three liters of water). So you can rest easy knowing that the things your kids are putting in their mouths every second are as bacteria-free as possible.
